General Terms and Conditions For Conference B.V.
Article 1 Applicability
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and agreements that are delivered by For Conference. The conditions shown are a concise version. If you wish to receive the full Terms and Conditions, you can submit a request by e-mail via info@forconference.nl.
Article 2 Offers
All offers from For Conference are without obligation, unless otherwise agreed in written form. The customer guarantees the correctness and completeness of the information provided by or on behalf of him.
Article 3 Price and payment
All prices are in Euros and exclusive of VAT and other levies that are or will be imposed by the government.
Article 4 Duration of the agreement
If and insofar as the contract concluded between the supplier and the customer is a continuing performance contract, the agreement is entered into for the duration agreed between the parties. The duration of the agreement shall be tacitly renewed for the duration of the originally agreed period, unless the customer or supplier terminates the agreement in writing with due observance of a notice period of three months before the end of the relevant period.
Article 5 Confidentiality and takeover of personnel
The party that receives confidential data will only use it for the purpose for which it was provided. Information will in any case be regarded as confidential if it has been designated as such by one of the parties.
Article 6 Privacy and data processing
If this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, the customer will, upon request, inform the supplier in writing about the manner in which the customer performs his obligations under the legislation on the protection of personal data. The responsibility for the data processed by the customer using a service of supplier lies entirely with the customer. The Client warrants to the Supplier that the content, the use and / or the processing of the data are not unlawful and do not infringe any right of a third party.
Article 7 Security
The access or identification codes and certificates provided to the customer by or on behalf of the supplier are confidential and will be treated as such by the customer and will only be made known to authorized personnel from the customer’s own organization. Supplier is entitled to change assigned access or identification codes and certificates.
Article 8 Reservation of property and rights and suspension
All goods delivered to the customer remain the property of the supplier until all amounts owed by the customer to the supplier on the basis of the agreement concluded between the parties are fully paid to the supplier.
Article 9 Risk transition
The risk of loss, theft, misappropriation or damage to items, data (including usernames, codes and passwords), documents, software or data files that are produced, delivered or used within the framework of the execution of the agreement, will be transferred to the customer. the moment these have been placed in the actual disposal power of the customer
Final provision
For Conference has the right to change these general conditions and to declare the changed conditions applicable to the existing agreement applicable. Dutch law applies to the agreement.
